We exist to provide a world-class education for the children of Bristol - so that they leave with a deep understanding of the world around them. The school is a highly oversubscribed state cathedral choir school with a rich history and a Christian ethos. It is a music school, educating choristers for Bristol Cathedral for the past 880 years and offers an enhanced and rich musical experience for all. The school provides a traditional academic curriculum to its students, regardless of their background or ability, and emphasises the teaching of 'Powerful Knowledge'.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our excellent and committed pastoral team at the beginning of a period of significant change at the school - moving the school from delivering good educational provision to something that is genuinely world class. The role will start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a confident, calm and skilled individual to play a key role in supporting students within our Sixth Form team. The successful candidate will have a good standard of practical knowledge and skills in supporting young people, building relationships with parents and a range of professionals, learning support techniques and database / administrative skills.
