We are seeking a committed and passionate

Pastry Chef

to support our Pastry team in the daily operation of our acclaimed Michelin star kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to our evolving culinary vision, and benefit from exceptional training and development opportunities.

What you'll be doing:



Supporting the Exec Pastry Chef with the smooth and efficient running of the pastry section. Demonstrating excellent leadership skills by guiding and supporting junior chefs in completing daily tasks. Leading the team on your section to consistently deliver exceptional standards of food quality and presentation. Working closely with Lisa Goodwin-Allen and the Exec Pastry Chef to further develop Northcote's culinary vision in preparation for our exciting expansion, including the launch of a new restaurant. Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation within the kitchen. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What we're looking for:



A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop within a Michelin-starred environment. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, demonstrating a strong foundation in refined technique. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team. Strong communication and leadership potential. While experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen is

desired but not essential

, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are crucial.
