Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate

Pastry Chef de Partie

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pastry production and presentation, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and creative kitchen environment. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding desserts and baked goods that meet our restaurant's high standards, while maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards. Assist with daily pastry preparations, including doughs, creams, glazes, fillings, and decorations. Ensure the consistent presentation and taste of all pastry items. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper storage of all pastry tools and ingredients. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock rotation and inventory control. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Participate in training sessions to further develop pastry techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar pastry or baking role. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert preparation, and pastry finishing. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Creativity and passion for pastry and dessert innovation.

Pay:

17 per hour +

service charge

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Days:

Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sunday & Monday)
