We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a particular focus on baking exquisite pastries and desserts. Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in the development of new dessert recipes and menu items to enhance our offerings.
Ensure all food production meets quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow during service periods.
Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
Participate in training sessions for new kitchen staff on pastry techniques and food safety practices.
Skills
Minimum 1 year experience
working with laminated products (croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes etc)
Proven experience in food production and preparation within a professional bakery environment.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking techniques and pastry arts.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant setting.
Previous experience in a professional bakery is

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
