Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1832. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. , working alongside our talented chefs, including Chef Director Adam Byatt. You'll support the kitchen team, assisting with food preparation, mise-en-place, and ensuring a smooth service. Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and teamwork are key, as you'll help across stations and maintain health and safety standards.
