As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of exquisite pastries and desserts. Your creativity and passion for pastry will contribute to our reputation for exceptional dining experiences. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced chefs, making it ideal for those looking to advance their culinary career.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries and desserts. Ensure all food items are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items. Uphold the Firmdale Hotels standards of excellence in every aspect of your work.

What you Need:

Previous experience in a similar pastry role. Strong ability to work effectively within a team. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing outstanding food. A genuine passion for pastry and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
