As a Pastry Commis Chef at the Soho Hotel, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team. You will work closely with our experienced pastry chefs to create a variety of exquisite pastries and desserts that delight our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in a supportive and creative environment.


Please note this is a part time role of 3 days per week (27 hours).

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts Ensure all food items are prepared according to our standards and recipes Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service Contribute to menu development and the creation of new pastry offerings

What you Need:

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or restaurant Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality products A genuine passion for pastry and culinary arts Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
