Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pastry ingredients and dishes, working closely with Commis Chefs and the Chef de Partie.
Maintain the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.
Support the Chef de Partie during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organised.
Foster strong communication and positive relationships with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
Essential: Experience in a 5-star or fine-dining pastry role.
Passionate about food quality and premium ingredients.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
