The Brewery

is an awarding winning event venue in the heart of City of London, delivering events from the extravagant to the discreet, for hundreds of customers or for a handful. We pride ourselves on a faultless service from the moment an enquiry is made through to follow up meetings post event. We have twelve rooms within The Brewery Venue and are still expanding.
Role Purpose:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at The Brewery on Chiswell Street on a zero-hour casual basis.

A Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in the daily management of the pastry kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality desserts. This role supports the Pastry Chef in menu development, recipe testing, and production planning while maintaining strict standards for food safety maintaining the 5star rating in Food Safety and Health & Safety.
