The Role
We are seeking a Pathway Coordinator to join our Medication team in a newly created role. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is eager to make an impact from day one.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week based at our Bristol office, offering the opportunity to play a key part in driving the growth of our scaling health technology company.

ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.
You will:
Oversee and manage the process of ordering and distributing controlled drug prescription forms to our centralised prescribing team
Accurately record prescription logging data in accordance with practice procedures
Support the centralised prescribing and clinical duty teams in dealing with prescription requests and queries
Initiating contact with and responding to requests from clients, other team members and associated healthcare professionals and providers.
Oversee and manage the discharge process when clients complete or withdraw from the pathway
Support with prescription audits as required
What we are looking for:
Must haves
Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role, ideally within a GP practice or pharmacy setting.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good understanding of prescription processes and medication terminology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative environment.
Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Nice to have
A recognised qualification in healthcare administration or pharmacy support (e.g., NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).
Competence in using medical software systems and Microsoft Office, with a quick learning ability for new systems.
