Devonport Health Centre is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Patient Advisor to join our established Reception and Administration team.
The ideal candidates will be committed to a future in general practice.

Experience working within a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential. You will need strong communication skills to ensure our patients receive the very best experience and support to meet their healthcare needs.
The Patient Advisor role is the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. We are looking for a candidate who is confident and motivated to support our patients.
You will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be IT competent and demonstrate a high level of customer service along with excellent organisational skills.

We are required to open from 8am to 6pm contractually so the candidate will need to be available between the hours of 7.45am and 6.15pm, and flexible to cover sickness and annual leave as needed. Hours are currently Monday to Friday with a fixed rota.
The position is 29.5 hours working from 7.45am to 6.15pm Monday to Friday.
Monday 7.45 am to 6.15 pm (1 hours unpaid lunch.)
Wednesday 7.45 am to 1pm
Thursday 1pm to 6.15pm
Friday 7.45 am to 6.15 pm (1 hours unpaid lunch.)
