What the Role Involves

Every day is different. You might be:

chatting to someone who's nervous about their first consultation turning a warm enquiry into a booking following up with a patient who has asked for more information helping someone check in for their procedure or making sure diaries run smoothly for our surgeons and dermatologists
This is a

sales-focused booking role

, but one built around empathy, trust, and brilliant patient experience -- not pressure tactics.

What You'll Do

Convert inbound enquiries into appointments (KPI-driven). Make friendly, structured follow-up calls to warm leads. Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website enquiries. Welcome patients, help with forms, payments, and check-in. Keep diaries, CRM notes, and admin running smoothly. Support clinicians and ensure the clinic is always organised and calm.

What We're Looking For
