Barclay Medical Practice, Fauldhouse (GP Practice)

The Fauldhouse practice is part of the Barclay Medical Group, which is a forward thinking, progressive group of practices passionate about providing the best care for every patient. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, flexible, and reliable Care Advisor to join our busy reception and administrative team at Barclay Medical Practice Fauldhouse. This is a full time position working 38 hours per week over 4 days. We pride ourselves on being a flexible employer with great career progression possibilities.

The role is varied, every day is different, the environment is fast paced, and patient care is an absolute priority. Our team is multi-skilled and fully support the clinical and management team in the efficient running of the practice. We have an amazing practice team who would assist in the training of the successful candidate. This role requires good communication and IT skills, previous customer service experience is essential. This role is perfect for someone looking to move in to an administrative/NHS from a hospitality/retail role.

Pay: 25,786.80-27,325.67 per year
