Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Advisor to join our dynamic Front of House team at El-Nashar Dental Care. In this role, you will support our dental professionals and ensure our patients receive the best possible journey. This position is vital in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence in dental healthcare.

Responsibilities

Ensure a welcoming and professional environment in the reception area Greet patients warmly and check them in/out for appointments Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Manage the dentist's / hygienists calendars to optimise workflow Maintain and update patient records in the dental software system Manage incoming and outgoing email / referrals and other documentation Keep the reception area clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and assist with patient enquiries

Qualifications

Previous Front of House experience desirable Previous dental or medical experience (desirable not essential) Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Friendly, patient-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, office applications)
