Overview
We seek a Patient Care Consultant who measures up to our high standards. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded person with outstanding communication skills and experience in consultative sales; an individual who is a self-starter with a strong drive to exceed sales goals, while also valuing collaboration and contributing positively to a high-performing team. Someone who is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing, high-energy, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. The Patient Care Consultant is a key link in our relationships with patients and must have the ability to connect with patients on an intensely personal level to instil trust and confidence. This is a full-time position located in our Harley Street Clinic in London. Ultimately, the PCC is responsible for the clinic achieving its monthly revenue target. Due to the nature of the position, the work must be completed in the clinic (not remotely).
Main responsibilities not limited to:
Manage individual patient relationships:
Educate patients about surgical and non-surgical options during phone enquiries as well as during office consultations.
Perform consultations during clinic hours, both in-person and virtually.
Discuss surgery costs with patients and facilitate their commitment to proceed.
Follow up with patients, as needed, after their consultation to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to surgery.
Serve as a patient advocate during patient visits.
Support patient needs and expand relationships with existing clientele.
Sales:
Responsible for consistently achieving and exceeding monthly clinic revenue targets through a consultative, patient-first approach, while working closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
Understand the key drivers to successfully close sales. Leverage company tools and resources to deliver them.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the facility including physicians, clinical team and operational team as well as corporate staff who support the practice, demonstrating high standards of behaviour and integrity in all interactions.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of:
Our facility, core values, and our surgeons' expertise.
Surgical body sculpting and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Consistently meeting 100% of assigned monthly sales targets in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Person Specification:
A minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience in the medical or aesthetics environment.
A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Professional demeanour and personal presentation.
Able to build effective working relationships across many functions and with diverse customers.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for delivering excellent customer care for patients in a private healthcare setting or clients in luxury services.
Strong IT skills with experience using CRM systems.
Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to patients and team members.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes positively to team morale and supports team success.
Hours: 40 per week (9.00 am to 5.00 pm)
Contract type: Full-time / Permanent
Location: Harley Street, London
Salary: 45,000 per annum with the ability to earn uncapped monthly sales commission
