Patient Care Coordinator (Front of House / Customer Relations Manager)

to join our friendly and motivated team.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their journey. The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, managing appointments, facilitating communication, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities



Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for all patients. Manage patient enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with professionalism and warmth. Support client acquisition and conversion by confidently discussing treatment options and finance plans. Maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage loyalty and referrals. Work closely with the clinical and management team to ensure smooth daily operations. Contribute to marketing and business growth initiatives when required. Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with the coordination of referrals to specialists and follow-up care. Communicate effectively with medical staff to relay patient information and concerns. Utilize medical terminology to accurately document patient interactions and treatment plans. Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Ensure a welcoming environment for patients by maintaining a clean and organized office space.

Experience



Previous experience in a

customer-facing or client acquisition role

(dental/healthcare experience desirable but not essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in discussing treatment plans and services with patients. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail. A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude. Experience in providing medical administrative support, including managing patient records and scheduling desirable but not essential. General office experience that demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail is highly valued.
