for three part-time

Patient Concierge'

to provide warm, confident support to prospective patients. You'll be the first voice they hear, helping them feel comfortable, understood, and ready to start their journey with us.

This is a brand new role to the business and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help us expand and develop this role.

2 positions available.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound calls, messages, and online enquiries from potential new patients Having thoughtful, structured conversations to explore goals, hesitations, and next steps Booking consultations or exams with clarity and confidence Supporting people in making empowered, informed decisions
You're not selling, you're supporting. You'll help people feel safe and inspired as they consider life-changing dental treatment.

What We're Offering

This shared role covers shift work

7 days a week

, with hours as follows:

Monday 7:30am - 7:00pm (Shift 1: 7:30am-1:00pm, Shift 2: 1:00pm-7:00pm)

Tuesday to Friday: 7:30am - 6:00pm (Shift 1: 7:30am-1:00pm, Shift 2: 1:00pm-6:00pm)

Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am - 1:00pm (Single Shift)

Shift Pattern To Be Confirmed between successful candidates, suggested pattern:

Concierge 1 - 22 hours (position already filled)

Concierge 2 - 21 hours

Concierge 3 - 18 hours

Flexibility from all 3 candidates to cover Annual Leave and Sickness.

We are seeking a further

two part-time concierge'

to share these hours. This could suit:

Parents or carers looking for part-time, meaningful work Professionals with a background in sales, care, or hospitality Those looking to work 2-4 days per week, including alternating weekends
There is

potential for additional hours in future

as we grow.

Full training is provided including treatments, communication skills and systems.

What You'll Get

Starting Hourly Rate: 12.60

Bonus structure
