As a Patient Coordinator, you are the bridge between anxiety and reassurance, confusion and clarity, hesitation and trust. You don't "book appointments" - you

This role is for someone who:

What you'll actually do

Be the first and last point of contact for patients - in person, on the phone, and digitally Build genuine relationships with patients and make them feel known, safe, and supported Coordinate appointments smoothly and proactively (not reactively) Explain treatment plans and fees clearly, confidently, and with empathy Handle enquiries, follow-ups, and patient journeys with precision Keep patient records accurate, compliant, and up to date Spot problems beforethey become problems Raise the standard every single day

Pay: 2,000.00-2,450.00 per month
