About the Role



As a

Remote Patient Coordinator

, you'll help create a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient journey. You'll manage enquiries, help patients make informed decisions, and play a vital role in maintaining practice success through proactive diary management.

Key Responsibilities Include:



Acting as the first point of contact for patient enquiries Handling communication across phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels Building rapport with patients through warm, confident communication Explaining treatment options (training provided), including implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and general dentistry Providing payment information, including membership plans and finance options Ensuring clarity around treatment fees and appointment availability Handling objections or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Proactive diary & patient management:



Following up on outstanding treatment plans

Booking patients in for recall appointments

to maintain their oral health

Following up on missed or cancelled appointments

to support rebooking Identifying gaps and supporting efficient diary utilisation Maintaining accurate patient notes and CRM records Coordinating ongoing patient communication, reminders, and follow-ups Liaising closely with practice teams to ensure consistent service Working towards agreed KPIs and service-level objectives

Who We're Looking For



This remote role suits someone who thrives on communication, organisation, sales and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Preferred background:



Customer service or call handling Sales, lead management or similar roles Dental reception or patient coordination (Not essential) Healthcare or administrative roles (Not essential)

You'll excel in this role if you:



Communicate clearly, confidently, and kindly

Are organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Enjoy following processes and working with KPIs

Are comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and scheduling software

Are reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively at home

Are available to

cover holiday and ad-hoc absences



Bring dental or healthcare experience (helpful but not required)
