Dental Receptionist

) to join our busy front-desk team at our

Worsley practice

About Our Practice

Our Worsley dental centre is part of a well-established network of over

100 surgeries across 35 practices

in the North West. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality patient care in a relaxed, professional atmosphere.

You'll be joining a team that values teamwork, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.

The Role

Working

Tuesdays and Saturdays

, you'll be the friendly face patients see when they arrive and the reassuring voice on the phone.

Your key responsibilities will include:


Managing patient bookings, records, and payments. Providing a warm welcome and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed. Supporting clinicians and the wider dental team with administrative tasks. Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

A Dental background is essential: experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Nurse.

Excellent interpersonal skills: you're calm, confident, and patient-focused.

Organised and efficient: able to handle a busy front desk with professionalism.

Reliable and friendly: a great communicator and genuine team player.
