We are looking for new Patient Experience Volunteers to join our team in Whitehaven.Gathering patient and or carer feedback is a top priority for North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.Through volunteering in this role, you will support us to find out the views and opinions of people using our services - what we are doing well and what we could do better.Assist in the completion of patient surveys using an iPad or paper survey to capture patient feedback from wards and departments across the Trust.Must be 18y or older to applyWould you like to join our team?This might be the role for you if:

• Can provide one morning or afternoon per week

Main duties of the job

• Speaking to patients in the trust's inpatient ward and outpatients areas asking if they would like to give their feedback by completing the relevant survey
• Supporting patients to complete the relevant survey.
• Collecting completed surveys from inpatients wards and outpatients areas.
• Reviewing patient information displayed on inpatient wards and outpatient areas and removing out of date information.
