to join our dental practice. This role is focused on managing new patient leads, following up enquiries, and converting interest into booked appointments. You will be a key link between potential patients and our clinical team, helping to grow the practice while delivering an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming patient leads from phone, website, social media, and marketing campaigns
Contact new enquiries promptly and professionally
Follow up with prospective patients who have not yet booked
Educate patients on dental treatments, services, and financing options
Book consultations and appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate records in the practice CRM / dental software
Track lead conversion and follow-up activity
Work closely with the dental and marketing teams to improve patient growth
Ensure a warm, friendly, and professional patient journey at all times
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a dental practice (preferred but not essential) and sales/customer service
Strong communication and phone skills
Confident in handling objections and building rapport
Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Familiar with CRM systems and dental software (advantageous)
Positive, proactive, and results-driven attitude
