An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Patient Pathway Tracker to join the Surgical directorate.
This key role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, including the ability to build strong working relationships with key administrative staff, senior managers and stakeholders. You will need to be a team player and be able to work on your own initiative and manage a varied workload.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
To source, collect and validate accurate RTT data from differing PAS systems, in accordance with agreed practices and standards.
To ensure RTT (Referral to Treatment) data reported to the CPG (Clinical Programme Group) is accurate and delivered in a time efficient manner for submission.
To actively support the Management Team in identifying, reporting and resolving department issues in order to achieve a high standard of data quality and completeness of RTT data.
To support the Secretarial staff in providing advice and guidance on RTT related matters, and where necessary provide training as directed by the Coordinators to ensure pathways are moved on where possible and to ensure any trends identified with quality are addressed.
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with other staff in the departments across the Health Board's sites.
