Patient Services Advisor

SpaMedica, 120 Bark Street, Bolton , BL1 2AX

Hours:

37.5 hours per week Mon Sun (5 days in 7) Any weekend working will allow for a rota day off

Shift times:

Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, Sat 8 5:30 and Sun 9 4

Salary:

24,000

Responsibilities of our Patient Services Advisor:

Ensure an exceptional customer experience for our callers by swiftly and accurately responding to and resolving all caller's requests and queries across several communication channels inbound / outbound calls and email. Assist with the management of patient waiting lists. To have knowledge of all procedures carried out by SpaMedica and Freedom Vision. Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact. You will be motivated to meet your KPI's. Your individual performance will be key contribution to the department achieving all targets for quality and productivity. Participate in regular 121s and team meetings with your manager.
