Patient Services Advisor

to join our team.

Working as a Patient Services Advisor, being the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Work on reception dealing with patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services. Assist patients with appointment scheduling and follow-up communications. Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into our systems. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient care. Handle patient complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance practice operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential. Preferred experience in general Practice but full training will be given to the right candidate. You will need outstanding communication and organisational skills. Friendly, approachable and calm under pressure. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and software for data management. Empathetic approach towards patient care and service.
