Position Overview:



We are seeking a friendly and professional Patient Services Associate for our brand-new London site. Acting as a first point of contact for patients arriving to the site and providing a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients and visitors. This role plays a vital part in supporting a smooth and informed patient journey, from initial contact through to clinic attendance. Working closely with the multidisciplinary site team, the Patient Services Associate will be based at the reception desk, greeting patients in person, managing clinic diaries, handling patient communications efficiently, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the clinic operates effectively and seamlessly. This role is based fully on-site in our London clinic.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as a first point of contact for patients and visitors.

Staff the reception desk, maintaining the reception area to create a welcoming environment.

Coordinate and maintain clinic diaries and meeting room diaries.

Communicate effectively with patients in person and via phone and email.

Maintain reception and administrative supplies.

Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

Update and maintain patient recruitment platforms and tools, ensuring timely communication with patients who are registered there.

Liaise with GP practices to request and follow up on medical history reports.

Ensure all patient information is handled confidentially and in accordance with GDPR and data protection requirements.

Provide general administrative support to the site and team.

Qualifications and Skills:



Previous experience in a receptionist or patient facing role.

Previous medical administrative experience.

Exceptional organisation and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Previous clinical research experience is desirable.
