We are looking for a dedicated Patient Services Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will:




Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey



Deliver care that is compassionate, seamless, and expert



Work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values






What you'll bring:




Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role (ideally within healthcare)



Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills



The ability to show genuine compassion in every interaction



A detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to patient experience and satisfaction

Location:




We're based at Care Fertility Liverpool, Pier Head, 8 Princes Parade, Liverpool L3 1DL.




You will work between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 5 Saturdays
