We are looking to recruit a Patient Support Advisor to join our Patient Support Team at Abbey House Medical Practice.
The focus of this role is to provide a complete reception and telephone triage service to our patients whilst maintaining patient confidentiality and promoting the professional image of Abbey House Medical Practice. You will also provide administrative support for all aspects of general medical business including scanning, prescription processing, filing of medical records & patient registrations.

This is a maternity cover position until 30th June 2026, with a view to become a permanent position for the right candidate. The hours are 25 per week Monday to Friday, with a 5 hour shift to be worked per day between 13.00-20.00.
