About the role




Join our Paving Team Make a real impact on the roads we all rely on!


As a Paver Operator, you will assist in the building and repair of highways and structures. This is more than just a job it's your chance to help shape the roads and structures that keep our communities moving.


The role will be primarily carriageway resurfacing as part of the paver team but will also include general construction, kerb laying, setting ironwork and drainage. We also operate a 24-hour emergency response service, which you will become an active participant in following specialist training.

Annual leave starting from 21 days and 10 Bank Holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
