As a Payouts Administrator, you will be responsible for working with customers, car dealers and our lenders to ensure that finance is paid out quickly, efficiently and compliantly. You'll help ensure that all customers receive the high quality service we're known for when finding and funding their perfect vehicle.
This is a fast-paced and varied role and is partially phone based.
Key Responsibilities
:
Support our Sales Team to ensure that customer's car finance applications are handled professionally and efficiently.
Build and maintain a good relationships with our partner lenders and third party dealerships.
Monitor and follow-up on the completion of all documentation required for finance to be paid out.
Ensure that finance is provided in compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as to our lenders and our own internal standards.
Provide assistance to customers completing their finance documents.
Help promote the company positively at every opportunity.
What you'll need:
A positive, can-do, attitude and a willingness to learn.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
To be well organised with great attention to detail.
The confidence to challenge our Sales Account Managers when necessary.
The ability to quickly and accurately enter information, produce documentation, and supply information.
Previous experience of working in an inbound/outbound customer service position or a Support/Administration role is essential.
Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment is preferred though not essential.
