The Role


============


The

Sales Administrator

will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sales team, ensuring processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and communication across teams is seamless. This role is for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You'll help the Sales team stay focused on driving growth and closing deals, while keeping everything behind the scenes running efficiently.


This is a

hybrid

role, based in our Canary Wharf office in London,

3 days a week

What You'll Do

Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring lead, deal, and onboarding data are accurate and clean. Support the Sales team with documentation (contracts, proposals, onboarding packs) and scheduling of calls/demos. Track deal progress and follow up on pending actions or approvals; own the administrative flow of creator/agency onboarding. Resolve or escalate basic setup issues (KYC, payouts, account set-up) to internal teams. Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards, update KPIs, and provide data support to enable strategy. Coordinate across Sales, Creator Success, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring hand-offs and communication are smooth. Tidy and maintain sales files, inbox, templates, and process checklists; support ad-hoc tasks as Sales Ops needs them.

Who You Are


===============

1-3 years in sales support, sales admin, or operations in a tech or fast-moving environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting. Comfortable using a CRM and spreadsheets (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar). Excellent written + verbal communication; proactive and able to take ownership. Bonus if you've worked in a creator-economy, SaaS, or payment/KYC context.
