Job Description
The Payroll & Accounting Lead will manage payroll processing and accounting functions. This permanent role, offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals with a strong background in Accounting & Finance.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations.
- Manage accounting tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide support and guidance to the finance team as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with audit preparation and liaise with auditors when necessary.
A successful Payroll & Accounting Lead should have:
- Strong knowledge of payroll and accounting principles.
- Proven expertise in Accounting & Finance within a professional setting.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A professional qualification or part-qualified status in a relevant field.
