Brewster Partners are currently working with an award-winning service provider based in Barnsley who are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator into their current team on a part time basis. The role will see you playing a part in core processes, suited to someone with previous experience in a role of a similar nature.

The job

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collection of payment information from clients on spreadsheets, using the ticketing system or emails for correspondence
• Processing of payroll information, by using spreadsheet files or manual processing
• Using key identifiers to correctly allocate payments to the correct workers
• Production of accurate invoicing to clients
• Providing assistance to other internal teams with queries and providing resolutions
• Completing checks to ensure completion of balances before releasing funds
• Additional ad-hoc duties where required

The person

• Previous experience in a Payroll position, with full end to end exposure of the processes ideally
• Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to communicate with internal and external parties
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Self-motivated individual \xe2\x80\x93 able to adhere to deadlines
• Able to contribute to process improvements, rectify flaws
