The RGM Group manufactures, supplies and installs ductwork ventilation systems and installs AC systems across the UK and Ireland. Based in Ballynure, Co Antrim, the Company has a need for a temporary part-time Payroll Administrator to cover maternity leave. This will be a 12 month contract.
Payroll Administrator - Role Overview
The Group employs approximately 90 employees split between the 3 businesses. Weekly payroll processing accounts for 60 employees while monthly will be 30.
The key tasks will involve:
Using Brightpay payroll system, process weekly and monthly payroll for the 3 group companies
Holiday calendar maintenance
Timesheet labour allocation
Admin of DFEO / monthly payments
HMRC PAYE / Pensions admin
New employee administration
Purchase Ledger processing
The FTE salary for the role is upto 28,500 p.a. (which equates to 18,169 p.a. for the PT role)
Requirement to work the equivalent of 3 days / 25.5 hrs per week
Days/hrs of work can be agreed upon but the successful candidate will not be required to work Fridays
