Job Description
A Payroll Advisor will be an integral part of the Accounting & Finance department in our retail business, ensuring accurate and timely payroll services.
The key responsibilities of a Payroll Advisor includes:
- Provide accurate and timely processing of company payroll
- Responsible for maintaining and updating payroll records
- Liaise with HR and Management on payroll-related queries
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of payroll procedures
A successful Payroll Advisor should have:
- A strong understanding of payroll processes and systems
- Strong excel skills including use of VLookups
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues and management
- A keen understanding of financial regulations and legislation
