We are a small but growing accountancy firm based in Henfield, West Sussex. We provide accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and payroll for small and medium sized businesses throughout the country.

As a smaller practice, we can offer support and training that suits you and your needs to help you to become highly skilled and knowledgeable.

The role



We are looking for a payroll and administrator to join our small, friendly team. The role is open to those with experience, as well as those who will require training.

You will be required to:

Help run and manage the payrolls for the 250 companies we currently support.

Complete admin that supports the tax department.

File paperwork with Companies House, HMRC etc.

Work directly with the clients in person, over email and over the phone.

You will be offered hands-on support and guidance with all of these processes in order to help you learn and develop key skills.

You may already have some experience, but this is not a necessity for the role. As long as you show a desire to learn we will support you and provide the training you need.

As well as this, you may already have a qualification or degree that will support you in the role.

Hours and remuneration



This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) - however for the right candidate we may be able to accept a part-time offer.

This is an office-based role (in Henfield), we cannot offer home-based work.

Starting salary: 23,000 plus a 10% bonus per year dependent on performance (OTE 25,300).

Salary would be higher dependent on experience.
