Location: South Cotswolds Agency - Initially working out of our Wotton-under-Edge or Chippenham site and moving to Sherston in 2026
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm

About the Agency
As an account executive in our High Net Worth insurance team, you will play a key role in the success of an established and expanding local business, ensuring that our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the South Cotswolds Agency to join our growing team.
About the role:
You will start your career at NFU Mutual South Cotswolds Agency by gaining your licenses in our Motor and Personal insurance products embedding these before gaining your Bespoke insurance product license, our advised home insurance proposition specifically tailored for clients with contents, fine art & collections in excess of 150,000 you will then become the relationship manager for many of these clients. You will be supported through this journey to develop your sales and customer service skills whilst taking inbound enquiries from clients, completing mid term changes, renewal reviews and new business quotations. You will also cross-sell other products to existing clients, including introducing our Financial Services offering which are delivered by a dedicated NFU Mutual Financial Adviser. You will have a Personal Development Plan to own and support you to achieve yours and the agencies goals and vision for the future.
About you:
Someone who can demonstrate drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide an exceptional, holistic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
A confident & effective communicator, both written and verbal.
A proficient IT user with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
A problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team with a positive can-do attitude.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math's and English (or equivalent).
The ability and desire to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
A driving license and access to own vehicle is essential as this is an office-based role and once you have gained your Bespoke product license client visits are part of the role.
