The Role





As a Payroll & Benefits Assistant at euNetworks, you will support the payroll and benefits function across 10 European countries, ensuring timely processing, data accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience.



This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused individual with some payroll/benefits/HR experience and an interest in developing their career in a fast-paced, international Payroll/HR environment.


What will you be doing?




Payroll Administration




Support monthly payroll processing across 10 countries: UK, Germany, Austria, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, Spain, France, Bulgaria and the Netherlands (incl. onboarding, offboarding, changes) Assist in preparing and validating payroll input data for submission to ADP Assist with post-payroll checks, reconciliations, and reporting Collaborate with internal teams and local contacts to ensure timely, accurate payrolls Maintain payroll records (payroll inbox, internal folders) and support audits and compliance reporting

Benefits Administration




Administer UK pension reporting to our broker (monthly submissions, joiners/leavers/changes) Track Netherlands and Germany pension scheme enrolments and changes Administer Ireland's VHI medical insurance for eligible employees Administer BUPA (UK) private medical insurance and Medicash reporting: + Monthly updates to the broker (joiners, leavers, changes)
+ Support annual renewal process and employee communication
Respond to employee benefit queries BenefitHub administration

Communications & Internal Engagement




Share benefits-related updates and wellness initiatives internally Assist with maintaining employee benefits content, policies on internal platforms

What do we want from you?




Essential




1year + of payroll experience in a multi-country or UK-focused role Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc.) Strong attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy Highly organised with excellent time management skills Comfortable working with confidential employee data

Preferred




Studying or holding qualifications with CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) or CIPD Working knowledge of payroll systems (ADP iHCM or Celergo preferred) Familiarity with pension and private health insurance administration
