Are you an experienced HR and Payroll professional looking for a role that truly makes a difference?



We're seeking a Payroll and HR Advisor to join our People Team -- a dynamic position that blends technical payroll accuracy with people-focused HR advisory work.



As our Payroll and HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people are supported, valued, and paid accurately. You'll manage the monthly payroll process, provide clear and timely HR advice, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.



You'll also support a range of HR activities -- from case management to developing policies and wellbeing initiatives -- all while promoting fairness, accuracy, and collaboration.

About You




You are an organised and people-focused professional with a strong understanding of HR and payroll practices. You take pride in getting the details right and in helping others succeed.



You'll bring:

Proven experience in payroll administration and HR advisory work Sound knowledge of employment law and payroll legislation Strong communication and coaching skills, with the confidence to advise managers effectively Excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Resilience and adaptability, with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement
