Payroll and Pensions Administrator
9,524 - 13,548 per annum based on an FTE 23,810 - 28,227 per annum
A minimum of 15 -18 hours per week
Fixed Term for 6 months
About the Role

• Entering employee amendments including starters, leavers, bank detail changes, personal data, ad hoc payments/deductions, tax record amendments etc. on the payroll system
• Regular data validation to ensure accuracy of records
• Administration of Teachers' Pension Scheme and the local government pension scheme. This includes producing accurate and timely returns each month.
• Assist with outside bodies such as HMRC to ensure compliance at all times

• Strong administration background
• A professional approach and a confidential nature
• The ability to communicate confidently and effectively
• Ability to prioritise your own workload
• Advanced Excel skills and statistical analysis
• Good attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge
