What you'll do
Support monthly payroll for salaried & hourly staff
Manage starters, leavers & sickness records
Reconcile payroll data for accuracy
Respond to payroll queries quickly and professionally
Maintain pension scheme records & assist with year-end tasks
Support payroll projects and process improvements
What we're looking for
Payroll administration experience
Confident with Excel
Knowledge of tax/payroll processes (or willing to learn)
Great attention to detail & confidentiality
Bonus if you've worked in healthcare, produced payroll reports, or are working towards a payroll qualification
