The key responsibilities of the role are:
? Preparing weekly and monthly payrolls for various clients, including submission to HMRC and pension regulators
? Checking own inputs to ensure accuracy and using software to create paperless files for review
? Payroll processing incudes all elements of payroll, such as court orders, student loans, pensions deductions, auto enrolment notices and letters and answering queries from clients
? Ensuring data accuracy and quality of output is of the very highest standard
THE DEPARTMENT
The payroll department concentrate purely on payroll work for clients who range from single director companies through to 200+ employees working in the UK for international businesses and local firms. We have a reputation for delivering excellent and accurate information on a timely basis and maintaining a close professional relationship with all clients.
What sets us apart from other firms is the willingness to go the extra mile to help our clients and as a result, we maintain relationships for 10, 20, 30 years or more with happy clients being the main source of our referrals.
