What you'll be doing:
Client & Provider Communication:
Act as a key point of contact for clients , ensuring clear and professional communication via telephone, email, and letter.
Data Management:
Process and manage incoming data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Client Support:
Address client queries and provide support with payroll and auto-enrolment pension matters, maintaining a high standard of service.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure that all payroll and pension-related processes are executed with precision and adherence to deadlines.
What we're looking for:
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and providers in a professional manner.
Organised and Proactive:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure, while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Payroll Experience:
Previous experience in payroll administration is essential. Knowledge of auto-enrolment pensions is a plus!
Customer-Focused:
A friendly and professional telephone manner with the ability to handle client queries effectively.
