Our full-time position is 37 hours - you choose how to deliver that in your week once you pass your probation and are up to speed.? As long as you are in the office 10am-4pm 4 days of the week, the rest is up to you.

Payroll Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and process weekly/monthly payroll for clients predominantly using Xero Ensure compliance with starter and leaver paperwork. Ensuring compliance with pension auto enrolment for all companies and employees. Manage HMRC communications including RTI, dealing with queries and enquiries relating to payroll. CIS returns and bookkeeping associated therewith. Processing statutory payments, i.e. SSP, SMP etc. and attachment/deduction of earnings. Preparation and submission of payroll year end. Benefits in Kind and P11ds. Liaising with HMRC.

Experience



Use of Xero Payroll is ideal but not mandatory Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment. A professional demeanour with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
