What you will be doing


To support the team by managing Payroll's definitions / codes, scheduling, tax and deduction definitions to ensure accurate payroll runs. To perform pre-payroll and production activities to process Payroll. To conduct post-run verification's to ensure data consistency (to include payroll reconciliations and internal reporting requirements). To ensure the consistent following of controls and governance to support accuracy and compliance including but not limited to the performance of data reviews, maintaining up to date legislative and regulatory knowledge and internal and third party reconciliations. To support Payroll policy / process / learning material creation, and maintain the knowledge management system, ensuring all content is relevant and up to date. To maintain clear service level standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through Payroll Services To undertake end-to-end life-cycle of local payroll processes. To manage queries triaged from the EMEA People Services and Operations team to the local UK&I Payroll team, responding to Tier 1 queries in a timely, efficient manner while retaining a high level of customer service. To provides support to business compliance activities (i.e., audits, SOX) To advise on the update and maintenance of absence reporting and managing long term absence reporting. To manage the payroll process in the benefits platform Reconcile monthly benefit invoices to payroll deductions and the benefit platform. To administer the payrolling of benefits in kind through the payroll.

You will ideally have


Excellent knowledge of UK payroll processes, benefits in kind, workforce administration processes, HR policies and procedures Good working knowledge of UK tax and national insurance related to UK payroll, including P11ds and payrolling of benefits Good knowledge of UK&I payroll related legislation and regulations Good knowledge of Payroll and HR systems Organising and prioritising activities
