We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our central payroll team at ISS UK, providing essential administrative and system support.



This is a primarily data-focused role, ideal for candidates with strong organisational skills and attention to detail--prior payroll experience is not required.


You'll be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, helping to keep payroll operations running smoothly across the business.



The role is based on a hybrid working model: three days in the office (including Wednesdays) and two days from home, with standard hours of 9am-5pm (flexible 8am start available).



This is an initially temporary position, with potential to become permanent depending on team changes.

Key Responsibilities


Submit new starter, leaver, job change, and personal details to the payroll system Support the Central Payroll team with mobilisation of new TUPE contracts Open and distribute incoming post Field calls and emails to the central team promptly Assist with gathering data for internal and external audits Support compliance controls and ensure GDPR is upheld at all times

Demonstrates passion and skill for delivering professional customer service Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy IT proficient, including Excel and Outlook Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Flexible and adaptable with awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests Able to work independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders
