Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Duties:
Process weekly/monthly payroll using
Sage 50 Payroll
Ensure compliance with HMRC, pensions, and statutory requirements
Reconcile payroll and generate reports
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Support recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes
Draft contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation
Assist with absence tracking, holiday requests, and HR reporting
Provide general HR support to managers and staff
Requirements:
Sage 50 Payroll experience is essential
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
HR administration experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Professional, discreet, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
