We're looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager (Ireland) - 12-month FTC to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.


Location

: Flexible - hybrid working available, with travel required to the Rushden office 1-2 days per week


Hours

: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?





As a Payroll Implementation Manager (Ireland), you'll lead the implementation of a new Republic of Ireland payroll for Kier, working alongside an outsourced payroll provider. This is a critical role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payrolls aligned with local legislation and company policies.



Your day-to-day will include:


Leading the implementation of Republic of Ireland payrolls, including provider selection and system integration Managing system testing and process design for payroll implementation Ensuring compliance with local tax and employment legislation Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party providers Driving process improvements and knowledge transfer across the payroll team

This role of Payroll Implementation Manager (Ireland) is great for you if:


You have payroll experience, including significant years managing Republic of Ireland payrolls You have experience leading payroll implementations and managing outsourced providers You are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and confident in data analysis and reporting You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills You can work independently and adapt to complex, changing environments
