Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Director, the successful candidate you will play a key role in supporting the payroll function for a diverse and dynamic workforce.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Entering payroll data including starters, leavers, bonuses, commissions, pensions, and benefits

Monitoring the payroll support inbox and responding to queries

Preparing monthly reports including Leavers and overtime

You will play an active role in the development of an AI model that will produce payroll statistical data for UK & EMEA. Chasing new starter information from HR

Processing timesheets for monthly paid staff

Producing P45s, P60s, and payslips.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful manner

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach

GCSE-level education or equivalent Flexibility with hours and peak periods of work is essential

Experience of Payroll administration is desirable although not essential

* Must have a keen interest in Payroll with very strong Excel skills
