What will you be doing?



The Payroll Manager will assist the Head of Payroll to develop and support the Payroll Team to ensure the monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time for over 2,500 colleagues.


This is a Fixed Term Contract role for a period of 6 months to cover a colleague on maternity leave and based in our London, Gresham Street office. We will also consider applications from other geographical locations to be based at our other group-wide offices.

As a Payroll Manager your responsibilities will include among others,



Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the payroll for the Group Produce payroll reports and assist in preparation of payroll journals for posting to finance Liaise closely with Company pension scheme administrators and complete monthly uploads Complete required statutory filings such as Monthly RTI and Annual Filings Keep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation and determine the impact of any changes Work collaboratively with HR Operations, Reward and Group Tax to ensure that payroll is delivered effectively Maintain employee, partner, and pensioner data in NetSuite Payroll, updating information when necessary Subject matter expert in start to end payroll processing


Qualifications

Skills and Experience



To

be successful in this role, you should have,



Experience of managing a payroll function in a large financial and professional services business Experience using Oracle Netsuite Ability to use initiative and problem solve Ability to work to tight deadlines

Desired:



Experience with Infinet Cloud systems Payroll professional qualification or equivalent
